These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to the Sanori mobile application and website at sanori.app (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of the Service

Sanori provides AI-assisted tarot, astrology-related content, and self-reflection tools for entertainment and personal insight only. Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are not professional advice of any kind.

Sanori is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional services. Do not rely on the app for decisions about health, safety, relationships, or money. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sanori. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate birth data if you use natal chart features.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription (“Seeker”, “Oracle”, or other tiers shown in the app).

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by us.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date in your store account settings.
Prices, trial periods, and features are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Use Restore purchases in Settings if you reinstall the app or change devices.

Cancellation: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies:

Google Play: Subscriptions section in your Google account

We do not guarantee refunds outside store policies. Contact support@sanori.app for account or technical issues.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs or infrastructure
Submit content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes others’ rights
Misrepresent AI-generated text as guaranteed predictions or professional advice
Circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or subscription checks

7. Intellectual property

The app, branding, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. AI-generated content

Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You use AI outputs at your own discretion. We do not warrant that readings or chat replies are correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater, where permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
