This Privacy Policy describes how Sanori (“we”, “us”, “the app”), available at sanori.app, collects and uses information when you use our mobile application and related services.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We do not collect clinical health records or use your data to provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
3. How we use your information
- Provide chat, tarot readings, daily messages, and birth-chart-based features
- Maintain your account and subscription status
- Improve product quality and fix errors
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable
4. AI processing
Your messages and relevant profile data may be sent to Anthropic (Claude models) to generate responses. Processing is governed by Anthropic’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell your chat content to third parties for advertising.
5. Storage and retention
- Database: Supabase (hosting region: EU or US, as configured for the production project).
- Retention: Data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion (see below).
- Security: We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on backend systems.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, such as:
- Cloud hosting and database (Supabase)
- AI provider (Anthropic)
- Analytics (if enabled in the app)
- Apple / Google for payments and subscription validation
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location (including GDPR in the EEA and CCPA in California), you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent (e.g., by deleting your account)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
How to exercise rights:
- Email support@sanori.app from the address linked to your account
- Or use in-app Settings → Delete account when available
8. Children
Sanori is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including the United States) where our providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required by law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
